Public Accuracy Test for August 2022 Election Cycle. The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer programming used to tabulate the votes cast at the election meets the requirements of Michigan election law.
There will be an Election Commission Meeting at the Newfield Township Hall on Monday, June 27th at 10:00 a.m. to appoint Election Inspectors for the August 2, 2022 Primary Election.
The June 21, 2022 Newfield Township Board Meeting will be held in person at the Newfield Township Hall at 7:00 P.M. Additionally, this meeting can also be streamed on youtube.com by using this link. Additionally, the board meeting will be available for playback if you are not able to attend the Live Stream event by using the same link.
Tax season is just around the corner. Please note that the Treasurer has new office hours. She will be available on TUESDAYS between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule an appointment outside of normal office hours, please call 231-335-4488.

The Planning Commission would like to apologize to any residents that intended to view the April Planning Commission meeting via Zoom. Even after repeated attempts, technical difficulties made it impossible for us to stream the event.
