The zoning ordinance is enforced to protect and promote public health and safety, to protect property values, and to enhance the overall quality of life for residents and property owners. The Zoning Ordinance is crafted by the Planning Commission using information and guidelines made in the Master Plan.

Demolition Permit: $35.00
Zoning Permit: $30.00
ZBA/Special Use Permit Meeting Fee: $400.00
(Must be paid prior to publishing and scheduling)
NSF Check Fee: $25.00 each occurrence plus $25.00 each month unpaid
